What's on your resolution list for the New Year?

What is on your list for the New Year? I'll say 9 out of 10 will definitely have the following:

1. Stick to a Diet
2. Exercise More
3. Stop Smoking
4. Follow your Budget
5. Increase your savings
6. Travel some more....

But how many of us really put on our resolution list any of the following:

1. Spend Quality time with the family
2. Love who I am
3. Smile every day
4. Enjoy each sunset
